We wanted to photograph Balinese people ever since our trip to Bali at the beginning of this year, when we fell in love with their large smiles and friendly spirits. So I think it’s not just a coincidence that this fall we met Vina & Alvin, a Balinese-Javanese couple who found each other in The Netherlands, explored Europe together for the past years and are now planning their wedding in Bali!
